We tailor-made each according to your desired decoration and your choice of taste. We also provide flower piping class.

My name is Apple. I love dessert so much. All kinds of dessert!! I've been baking since 2014 when i was studying at a dance school in NYC. 

I love making dessert and I love flowers. Few years ago I came to know there was a new technique called flower pipping. I took a class and it opened my eyes to a whole new world. I love flower piping and sharing my creation to people. I am able to use buttercream, bean paste, yam paste, and jelly cream to create edible flowers. Each one is an art piece. It tastes really good.

During the summer of 2019 I joined the Cake Competition of Jersey Shore Cake and Cookie Convention and won a Bronz Award. It was my first time getting involved seriously in the field I felt so proud of myself. Until the end of the same year I started my own business on Long Island to produce hand piped cakes at a licensed kitchen. The same winter, I had a table at Long Island Farmer's Market. I've really learned a lot from different local vendors at the venue. The concept of supporting local small business really brings everybody in the community together as a family. 

 

Every petal of Oh My Cake's products is hand piped with love. Every cake is a unique piece because I would listen to my customer and design a pattern according to her/his preference. Each cake is a true edible artwork. 

 

My passion towards making flower cakes isn't confined in the kitchen. I love sharing this skill with fellow bakers and hobbyists alike by offering classes at different levels.
